Job Overview

The Intake Specialist performs their work under the direction of the Sales Team Lead.

Education & Experience

At least a bachelor’s degree; may be substituted by a proven prior customer service role.

Responsibilities

1. Convert lead into a prospect by qualifying them and converting a prospect into a paid consult with the attorney or sales by using the internal lead‑qualification system.
