A renowned dining establishment in Mexico is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-performing culinary team. You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, guiding menu creation, and maintaining quality standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in high-volume kitchens, along with a comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar managerial role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Responsabilités
- Lead, motivate, and develop the entire kitchen team.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Create and refine menus tailored to guests and brand identity.

- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and food cost control
- Coordinate with management and front-of-house leadership
- Maintain a dynamic, positive, and professional kitchen culture
