Descripción
- Support the development and implementation of the global Ethics & Compliance program.
- Draft policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and guide plants in applying new standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure responsible sourcing practices with external suppliers.
- Liaise with global teams across HR, Legal, and Marketing.
- Assist in social audits and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Review Deloitte Mexico's work on payroll and tax filings to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to forecasting and financial planning activities for Mexico.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Perfil buscado
- 4-5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, ESG, or Responsible Sourcing.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel.
- Experience with social audits (e.g., SEDEX, SMETA or similar).
- Advanced English (non-negotiable), other languages are a plus.
- Background in global companies, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Legal background is a plus.
