We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java professional to join our support team. If you have extensive experience in Java, J2EE, and a solid background supporting complex enterprise environments, this opportunity is for you.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development and support
- Expertise in REST API, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
- Experience working with multi-server environments such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
- Strong database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)
- Proficiency in Unix and scripting languages (Shell, Perl)
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools like AutoSys, Procmon, and Crontab
- Hands-on experience with IDEs such as Eclipse and NetBeans
- Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins
- Understanding of support models (L2+/L3) and production tooling (Jira, ServiceNow)
Soft Skills:
- Proactive with excellent teamwork and communication
- Empathetic, responsible, committed, and adaptable
Additional Details:
Location: Fully Remote Mexico,
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Language: Advanced English
- Flexible Work Environment: Remote work model with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- This is a support role and will likely require weekend work (it will be a rotating schedule).
