Job summary
A leading automation service provider in Mexico is seeking a Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience. Responsibilities include enhancing CRM functionalities and managing Order Management workflows for B2B and D2C. Candidates must have strong expertise in Salesforce Order Management and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
- Experience in handling B2B and D2C capacities.

- Support customer solutions and trade teams by developing and maintaining CRM functionalities.
- Collaborate directly with the existing Salesforce development team to enhance platform capabilities.
- Manage Order Management workflows specifically tailored for both B2B and D2C business models.
- Deliver technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to streamline digital commerce and customer relationship processes.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
- Proven experience handling B2B (Business-to-Business) and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) capacities.
- Ability to provide at least a half-day overlap with the Eastern Time (ET) zone.
- Languages: Advanced Oral English, Native Spanish.
