Job summary
A remote healthcare documentation firm is seeking a Medical Records Processing Specialist to handle the retrieval and processing of medical records for law firm clients. The role involves verifying records requests, coordinating workflows, and ensuring high-quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in medical records, legal support, or healthcare administration and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position based remotely.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in medical records retrieval or legal records processing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze case information to determine all relevant healthcare providers involved.
- Review and correct Release of Information forms before submission.
- Assign completed request packets to the right retrieval team members.
