Job Title: Remote AI Startup Recruiter (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,800 - 2,500 USD/month + commissions per successful placement paid via direct transfer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible but some overlap with Pacific Time is required as well as some hours on evenings or weekends when needed.

We are hiring a Recruiter focused on US‑based roles, primarily within tech and Go‑to‑Market (GTM) functions. You will work directly with the founders as part of their early‑stage team and help shape how they build and scale their AI‑powered recruiting engine.

You’ll be working remotely from Latin America with flexible hours, but with regular overlap with US Pacific Time, including some evenings and occasional weekend touchpoints to reach candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with top talent via email, phone, and video calls
  • Understand candidate goals, skills, and constraints and match them with the right roles in our network
  • Manage high‑volume candidate pipelines, especially for the junior role
  • Use Clar‑a’s proprietary recruiting software and automation tools to source, engage, and track candidates
  • Run screening calls to assess fit for US‑based clients (mainly start‑ups, often in tech/AI)
  • Coordinate interviews and case study steps with candidates and clients
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

Must‑have:

  • Strong English (C1–C2 level): confident leading calls with US candidates
  • 2+ years recruiting for US‑based roles (agency, RPO, or in‑house)
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM or recruiting systems and comfort learning new tools quickly
  • Ability to work with overlap to US Pacific Time, including some evenings and occasional weekend availability
  • Proven track record in either recruiting or sales‑like roles (e.g., managing lead lists, pipelines, doing discovery calls, closing candidates or deals)
  • Reliable home office setup with your own computer and strong internet connection

Nice‑to‑have:

  • Tech recruiting experience (software engineers, data, product, GTM roles for tech companies)
  • Experience supporting US start‑ups or VC‑backed companies
  • Previous experience in early‑stage start‑ups or scrappy, fast‑changing environments

Other Details
  • PTO: ~15–20 days/year (aligned with local norms; can be discussed)
  • Payment: Monthly in USD via international transfer (e.g., Wise or similar)
