Engage in welding, standard assembly of BPU, or operating machinery to manufacture machine units for customers. Provide input for planning and engineering. Monitor and report production abnormalities and implement corrective actions under supervision. Teach and guide junior operators to improve their skills.

1. Operate in accordance with production process requirements and work orders, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
2. Follow SOPs and work instructions strictly.
3. Conduct in-process quality checks according to requirements.
4. Rework labor worksheets and submit reports.
5. Monitor and report abnormal situations during daily work.
6. Participate in daily improvement activities.
7. Guide and train junior operators.

3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical-related industries.
