We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in the role of Project Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering within the industrial or infrastructure sectors is required. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, along with familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards, is essential. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role. Certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are preferred. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory, and additional language skills will be considered an advantage.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners to promote collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation for future reference and audits.
