The role involves:

• Ensuring the continuity of operations of CNC equipment, conventional machines, chemical treatment lines, and facilities, as well as installing services in new projects, transfers, and changes.
• Maintaining and executing maintenance activities on machining center equipment (preventive, corrective, predictive, autonomous) on equipment, buildings, and related services.
• Managing the deployment and standardization of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for buildings and equipment, and conducting necessary installations, modifications, and changes for new projects.
• Contributing to waste reduction in production processes.
• Managing services to execute maintenance and installations with external suppliers.
• Solving equipment and service operation problems based on experience, guidelines, policies, and established processes.

• You have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• You have 2-8 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or projects environment.
• You have extensive knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of CNC equipment.
• You have experience running diagnostics with ball bar.
• You have participated in continuous improvement systems and are familiar with indicators such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF.
• You have experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs for CNC machinery.
• You are passionate about order and cleanliness, and participate in 5S projects.
• You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and manufacturing processes.
• You have an intermediate level of English, capable of holding a conversation.
• You have project administration management skills.
• You are open to giving and receiving feedback.
