Job Description

Ensure that special production processes are carried out reliably and stably, with a focus on continuous improvement, availability, and efficiency according to DC objectives.

Shape the Future:

• Acquire and apply cutting-edge knowledge, continuously improving processes and measurement systems.

Take Responsibility:

• Analyze and solve problems, design improvements for machines involved in the process at your expense.
• Monitor that machines and equipment operate according to specifications. Define and update adjustment plans and all technical information necessary for proper functioning.

Reliable Implementation:

• Ensure machines offer reliable processes at lower costs, improving delivery times through advice to machinery suppliers.
• Monitor application of correct process parameters, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Personality: Creative leader and change driver.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years.
• Knowledge: Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design interpretation.
• Enthusiasm: Passionate about factory automation and leading change.
• Languages: English required; German is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree; Master’s and/or PhD preferred.
