Planner Scheduler - 009CAS

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Planner Scheduler forour Queretaro location.

As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and driving on-time delivery of products.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and inventory levels.
• Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast…)
• Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow of the
  plant's finished goods from the workshop to the distribution centers/customers and flows in solution activities.In charge of Production line (1 to 3) schedules, in respecting order milestones, in adjusting resources face to
  unforeseen events, in optimizing the WIP.Ensures the update of key parameters of supply and stock management.Plans, schedules and prioritizes the resources to execute Customer Projects in the production.

Main Activities
• Schedules in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line (Project manager and Project Engineering not
in the scope)
• Apply ‘Healthy Production Start’ decision
• Assigns the resources to adjust the capacity and smooth the load
• Balances global workload weekly and allows some changes during the week for order release

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management)

• ETO Engineering To Order knowledge/experience is a PLUS.
• 2 years similar position experience required, Proven experience as a production scheduler in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling tools and ERP systems. (SAP)
