A global engineering enterprise located in Mexico seeks a skilled professional to collaborate with teams and customers to identify and build end-user requirements. You will evaluate system requirements and perform gap analysis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering and at least 3 years experience, with deep knowledge in payments applications and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
• Perform discovery of customer current process, solution, or platform.
• Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and standard solutions.
• Develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.
• Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.

Qualifications

Education / Experience: Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Nice to Have: Deep knowledge in one of the following applications: IST Switch Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator (functional point of view).

Skills

Identifying and building end-user requirements. Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent). Deep knowledge in payments applications. Knowledge in banking or processing backoffice. Great knowledge in ISO. Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification process, policies and workflow. Experience in business rules for payments applications. High proficiency in business requirement writing. Extensive experience with data visualization. Customer service skills. Follow-up skills. Proven analytical abilities. Experience in generating process documentation. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
