Main Purpose

What You Will Be Doing
- Comply with the execution plans and programs, achieving the service objectives of our clients.
- Administration of the assigned Budget complying with the AOP.
- Ensure / Facilitate the proper use of inputs and materials.
- Facilitate that each of the functions is developed in line with business expectations through a continuous coaching environment.
- Ensure that all Safety / Health and environmental standards are met, as well as all national, international and PepsiCo legal requirements.
- Participate in regular food safety self‑inspections in your area, as well as in periodic MIP audits.
- Develop and lead improvement strategies, continuing to support other areas of the supply chain (Logistics, supplies, traffic, Order Planning, Discovery, Productivity, IT, Production and Sales).
- Ensure the correct administration of the finished product flow through inventory controls, good distribution practices, input and output controls to ensure good business results, as well as satisfied customers.
- Guarantee the correct use of the company's resources, ensuring compliance with the regulations for use and operating policies for the safekeeping, handling and distribution of the finished product, optimizing cost.
- Promote a culture of effectiveness, innovation and autonomy through the implementation of the transformation model (MOTOR), providing resources and focusing the integrating team to achieve the objectives through the Front line.
- Ensure the analysis of the key indicators of the SMC using the Lean Six Sigma methodology that help us find the root causes to define a forceful and focused plan that will lead us to achieve the Productivity objective.
- Guarantee the variable compensation model aligned to the needs of the business by monitoring the indicators to compensate our people based on their results, managing to improve job satisfaction at the best cost.
- Define and develop indicators of electricity, water and CO₂ emission consumption to implement communication, awareness and follow‑up strategies in order to meet the business goals.
- Plan and ensure the conservation and maintenance of the company's assets (racks, forklifts, HH, buildings, etc.) with the follow‑up of the AOP initiatives, as well as the controls and / or daily operational incidents that are reported to achieve operational continuity and service to our customers.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing industries, transportation, or energy‑intensive consumption industries.
- 3+ years of experience in the warehousing & customer service area.
- Experience in Management and development of Personnel.
- SAP knowledge.
- Requirements of the quality system, programs and procedures.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Belt.
- Fluent in English proficiency.
- High focus on results.
- Leadership and teamwork.
- Ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
- Strategic planning and high sense of organization, focused on achieving excellent results.
