About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Implementation Lead to own complex, enterprise-grade implementations of our AI Repository and Contract Workflow products. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery for our largest and most sophisticated in-house legal customers and directly mitigates execution risk as we scale.

This is a delivery and execution role, not ongoing customer success or support. You will lead structured implementations with clear phases, timelines, and outcomes—partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure commitments made during the sales process are delivered in practice.

You don’t need to write code, but you do need to deeply understand how the product works, what it can and can’t do, and how to communicate that clearly to legal, operations, and IT stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8+ years of experience in professional services or consulting (management, technology, or implementation consulting).
• Experience owning client delivery end-to-end, not just contributing to projects.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise or mid-market SaaS implementations.
• Strong project leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to manage expectations, communicate constraints, and drive phased delivery plans.

Strongly Desired

• Experience implementing SaaS products related to workflow, document management, legal tech, compliance, or enterprise platforms.
• Comfort working with legal, compliance, or regulatory teams.
• Experience working with global or multinational customers.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience with AI-powered products or data-driven systems.
• Legal background.
