As Inside Sales Office Specialist you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and follow a hybrid work schedule based in Artegna.
- Processing customer quotes
- Entering purchase orders into the SAP system
- Sending order confirmations
- Coordinating with production to monitor delivery schedules
- Organizing shipments in collaboration with the logistics department
- Providing customer support during negotiations and after-sales service
- Supporting the sales force (Area Managers and foreign customers, especially in the DACH region)
- 2+ years of experience working in similar position
- Knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of the SAP management system
- Experience in the DACH market
