- Keep property information (descriptions, photos, prices, availability) accurate and up to date
- Communicate with property owners and guests by phone and email with professionalism and warmth
- Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
- Support daily operations and handle office management tasks
- Proactively suggest improvements, tools, or strategies that can help the company grow
- Fluency English (spoken and written). Decent proficiency in Italian is desirable as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and new technologies
