A leading consulting and audit firm in Italy is seeking candidates for its Deal Advisory M&A Tax Team in Milan. The role involves conducting tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, supporting corporate restructuring, and preparing corporate income tax returns. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in Economics or Law, intention to become a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer, and strong Excel skills. This position offers the chance to work on international projects within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree with a minimum final grade of 100/110.
- Intention to pursue certification as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités
- Conduct tax due diligence for transactions.
- Support corporate restructuring efforts.
- Analyze extraordinary transactions per accounting standards.
- Draft national and international tax opinions.
- Application for tax rulings and preparation of tax returns.
