Within the Integrated Solutions and Services Communications team, you will be playing an active role providing input to the public relations strategy and support the overall integrated solutions and services communications strategy.
This role bridges the innovative work of two key business units: Processing, Solutions & Equipment and Services. We produce nearly 200 billion packages each year, have >100K pieces of processing units in operation and understand that different food and beverages have diverse customer and food production requirements. Whether it’s innovating the solution optimising the nutritional value in the food product, reducing energy, water or waste or help our customers further develop their food production, this role needs to communicate all of this and more!

In addition to this, the role requires to promote our engineering expertise, leveraging world-class manufacturing technologies, and of course to showcase our amazing people that come to work and develop world leading food processing and packaging solutions.
In this position you will lead and drive activities that cross all channels to communicate our customer value and global expertise and portfolio innovation to deliver measurable business impact.
The position is based in Lund, Modena or London and reports to the Communications Director Integrated Solutions and Services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (including both written and spoken English); an instinct for news; and the ability to identify opportunities to raise Tetra Pak’s global profile. They will have a strong understanding about all aspects of communications and be able to build strong relationships across the business to produce best-practice communications. They will use all forms of public relations to build, maintain and manage the awareness and reputation of Tetra Pak’s solutions and innovations as a leader in the food and beverage industry.
As an individual, the ideal candidate possesses self-drive, an open mind, and creativity. They excel at handling challenging situations, demonstrating a structured approach to tasks. Their project management skills are outstanding, and they can pay meticulous attention to detail. The person in this position will effectively prioritise and adapt when urgency arises. Additionally, they excel in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management, with a keen understanding of business strategy and business impact.
