Key Responsibilities
  • Keep property information (descriptions, photos, prices, availability) accurate and up to date
  • Communicate with property owners and guests by phone and email with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Support daily operations and handle office management tasks
  • Proactively suggest improvements, tools, or strategies that can help the company grow
Qualifications
  • Fluency English (spoken and written). Decent proficiency in Italian is desirable as well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and new technologies
  • Curiosity and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Bonus : Knowledge of other languages and / or experience in real estate or hospitality
