Job purpose

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a solid background in Human Resources and a passion for supporting people and organizations to grow. In this role, you will contribute to the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and providing proactive support to both employees and managers. You will have the opportunity to act as the dedicated HR point of reference for one of our business areas — IT or Marketing & Communication — becoming a strategic partner for managers and employees and supporting their growth and development in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned business area (IT or Marketing & Communication), from defining needs with managers to coordinating interviews and maintaining relationships with external partners (headhunting firms, universities, and the internal TA team).
  • Onboarding Management: Ensure an effective onboarding experience by coordinating induction activities and overseeing all related administrative tasks.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, exits) in compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
  • HR Business Partnership: Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers in your business area, providing guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development) to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Knowledge and skills
  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
  • Previous experience in supporting business functions such as IT or Marketing & Communications is considered a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels
  • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
