A luxury fashion brand in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage HR operations focused on the IT or Marketing & Communication sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a structured environment, strong labor law knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English. This role emphasizes fostering employee relationships and supporting strategic initiatives within a creative team environment.

In this role, you will contribute to the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and providing proactive support to both employees and managers. You will have the opportunity to act as the dedicated HR point of reference for one of our business areas — IT or Marketing & Communication — becoming a strategic partner for managers and employees and supporting their growth and development in a dynamic and international environment.
