Job Description:

The Communication and Graphic Design Junior Analyst will support the Institutional Relations, Communication & Sustainability Department in their daily activities within the Group Corporate and its sister companies. The successful candidate will support and coordinate specific activities with their line manager and will have the opportunity to shape corporate messages. Graphic support includes assisting colleagues across all Group Departments in developing marketing and communication activities at both national and international levels. Additionally, the candidate will support the definition and management of internal communication campaigns in collaboration with other company functions.

Responsibilities include updating the Corporate Profile, preparing content for events and meetings involving sister companies, verifying compliance with Group standards for external presentations, and ensuring consistency of information and brand identity across all internal and external communication tools, including offline materials like publications, magazines, and brochures. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, processing content and texts based on communication needs, supporting graphic design development, and verifying content alignment with Group messages. The position is based in Milan, with potential travel for client/vendor meetings and industry events.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to creating communication assets and defining concepts, working with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Coordinate the production of Annual Reports, Corporate Magazines, and other internal materials such as advertisements, corporate gifts, branding projects, and official documents.
  • Create an elegant, professional aesthetic in presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Update and support the creation of internal corporate materials and those of sister companies.
  • Assist colleagues during corporate events, fairs, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
  • Create and update website and SharePoint content.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, agencies, translators, printers, and shippers.
  • Manage invoices and purchase orders.
Personal Attributes:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a communication agency or similar marketing communications role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of digital communication channels and B2B communication techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Credibility, leadership, proactivity, teamwork, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Good judgment and project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate efforts with vendors and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
