Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years experience in creative, branding, or advertising roles.
• Excellent visual sense and ability to define and maintain brand identity.
• Proven experience producing high-performing ad creatives for Meta/Google/TikTok.

• Develop quarterly creative and marketing campaign ideas based on brand goals.
• Lead creative direction for ads, social content, website assets.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and performance benchmarks.
