Full Time Senior Accounting Staff
Job summary
A consulting firm in Indonesia seeks an experienced accountant to handle full accounts independently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience and preferably Xero knowledge. Responsibilities include reviewing junior staff work, ensuring accounting standards, and identifying issues in accounts promptly. This performance-based role offers room for career progression and is structured to prevent overtime, with a standard work week of 44 hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Must own a working computer with decent Internet speed (minimum 20mbps).
Responsibilities
- Handle and close full set of accounts independently.
- Review junior staff work and provide guidance.
- Identify errors or risks in accounts and flag issues proactively.
Skills
Education
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week
Handle and able to close full set of accounts with reasonable accounting principles independently
Review junior staff work where required, provide guidance, and ensure accounting standards and quality expectations are met.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or risks in accounts and proactively flag issues early
This role is performance-based and result-orientated
You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we will attempt to smooth out your workload
With over 80s staff, there is room for career progression to other roles with us
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience or equivalent hands-on exposure
Xero knowledge/hands on experience are preferred. Alternatively, you need to take a 10 hours online training to be Xero Certified Advisor
Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English
Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences
Must owned a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes.
