Job summary
A financial services company in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an individual for an accounting role. The successful candidate will manage general ledger transactions, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports. Applicants must have at least a diploma in finance and a minimum of one year of relevant experience, particularly in the Insurance or Multifinance industry. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is essential.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related fields, preferably in Insurance/Multifinance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong understanding of financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate with operational division and staff.
Skills
Education
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Prepare financial report.
- Having coordination with operational division and staff.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably working in the Insurance/Multifinance industry)
- Have good analytical skills
- Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail, a desire to probe further into data, and have ability to stick to time constraints.
- Computer skill is a must (MS Office, Internet, and Accurate accounting system).
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self-motivated.
