A leading food and beverage service provider in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia, is seeking a professional to manage and implement food and beverage standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control, financial management, and building relationships across various teams. Candidates should have experience in hospitality and food service management, with strong leadership skills. This role involves contributing to the development of brand reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining Avolta Food and beverage standard profile across specified brands as experts in hospitality, food and beverage and customer service delivery to our target customers.
Building relationships across Avolta teams (leadership, communications, social media and food and beverage) to support a whole business approach to F&B service design, delivery and customer experience and organizational performance.
Required to assist in the Menu Design, implementation and ongoing quality control
Contribution to and implementation of restaurant service delivery performance to provide the current and future needs of the business and customers
Identification of issues that relate to the quality, functioning and operations of food service delivery and appropriately address these issues.
Contribution to the overall development and maintenance of the specific Avolta brand’s commercial image and reputation.
Identification and provision of advice to senior management of Avolta stakeholder groups relating to both Food and Beverage and product issues, risks, challenges, and opportunities for the image and reputation of Avolta standard as soon as they arise and act appropriately to address them.
Conduct forums, meetings and special events with relevant industry stakeholders and seek opportunities to participate in key forums.
Ensures there is a good learning climate within Avolta and creates opportunities for others to develop themselves.
Maintain and assist in creating reliable financial requirements by developing food cost systems and kitchen equipment budgets in line with individual concept requirement within Avolta Standard.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of relevant budgets and food cost expenditures across chosen concepts within Avolta Standard.
Accountable for effective management of resources to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Required to review monthly financial reports and take remedial action where required.
Develop new procedures that can be used in the approach and treatment of guests now and in the future.
Translates the interests and wishes of the guests into new concepts and processes that are aimed at adding value for the guests.
Is continuously aware of the wishes and problems of the guests and as a result may adapt the Store’s/department’s strategy accordingly.
