About the job General Manager (Fragrance Manufacture)

On behalf of our client, a Fragrance Company that is looking to hire a General Manager position to oversee operations, drive business strategies, and lead our dedicated team towards continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and cost-effective resource management.
  • Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to enhance profitability, market presence, and competitiveness within the perfumery industry.
  • Manpower Planning: Strategically plan and manage human resources, finance, IT, warehouse and marketing
  • Budget and Financial Oversight: Ensure efficient financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and analysis to support operational goals and profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing, ideally in the perfumery, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
