Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct daily activities, manage production schedules, and ensure smooth workflow from raw materials to finished goods.
• Leadership Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate superiors and all staff; resolve production and employee issues.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and track performance to meet revenue targets.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and implement processes to maintain standards.
• Analyze data, implement lean practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the quality and service of plant machinery, equipment, and all facilities.
• Other essential responsibilities: Developing and executing plant strategy, production and business goals meetings, performance report to management, inventory and resources management.
• Flexible to work on shift hours based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in educational level and production achievements and safety implementations within the oil and gas manufacturing sector (Pipe, Fitting, Valve, OCTG, Flange, etc.).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and technology.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, internal and external relationship‑building abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of oil and gas value and supply chain management, market dynamics, and customer needs.
