As we expand, we’re looking for a creative and organized Product Development Assistant to support our company.

Responsibilities

- Support the development of new products based on market trends

- Conduct research on key ingredients, packaging, and branding direction

- Create and manage product development timelines

- Assist in shaping brand identity and go-to-market strategies

- Monitor sampling and prototyping with the R&D team

- Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to develop packaging and visual branding

Qualifications:

• Based in Yogyakarta
• Passionate about the FMCG, beauty, or health industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive with high initiative
• Good design sense and ability to think contextually
• A collaborative team player
• Familiar with market research and current packaging/branding trends
