Job description

We are looking for a data analyst at Flip. You will be responsible for managing data discovery and insights generation for key initiatives. In this role, you will also be expected to collaborate with Data Engineers to improve and enrich existing data to meet current and future use cases.

What You'll Do
  1. Partner with product managers, marketers, and stakeholders to analyze user behavior and marketing performance.
  2. Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to improve products and growth.
  3. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify trends.
  4. Use forecasting models to predict user growth, revenue, or campaign performance.
  5. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Collaborate with data engineering and analysts to enhance data infrastructure and tools.
What We’re Looking For
  1. At least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in product or marketing analytics.
  2. Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and cloud platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake (GCP preferred).
  3. Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  4. Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing.
  5. Knowledge of forecasting techniques like time series models and regression.
  6. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  7. Experience with tools like dbt or Amplitude/MoEngage is a plus.
