Job summary
A leading vacation resort company in Surabaya is seeking a G.O Assistant Finance Manager. In this role, you will assist the financial manager with various management procedures including income control and financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Assist the financial manager in management procedures.
- Control and record income including customer payments.
- Establish account balances and financial statements.
- Check the accuracy of accounting entries.
- Carry out daily and monthly closings.

- Assist the financial manager in administrative, financial, accounting and budgetary management procedures
- Control and record income (entering customer payments, issuing invoices, reminders...)
- Record and centralize financial data to establish account balances, income statements and balance sheets in accordance with legal obligations
- Check the accuracy of accounting entries and report the situation to the financial manager
- Carry out coding and entry of invoices and bank reconciliation
- Carry out daily and monthly closings
