You’re the perfect fit if you:

• Have experience as anExecutive or Head Chefin fine dining
• Can take full ownership of kitchen operations
• Maintain flavor and presentation consistency
• Delegate smartly and lead under pressure
• Follow and improveSOPs and recipe cards
• Mentor and train your team with care
• Uphold hygiene and smooth workflows
• Collaborate closely with the FOH and Brand Chef
• Build strong kitchen culture and inspire others

What you’ll do:

• Run daily kitchen operations and ensure quality
• Set prep standards and oversee mise en place
• Control waste and optimize stock
• Train and supervise staff
• Ensure consistency and improve systems
• Collaborate on menu and process development

What we offer:

• Salary from 20,000,000 IDR net- 30.000.000 net (based on experience)
• BPJS insurance+ paid overtime
• 13th salary(THR) after 1 year
