We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales to lead the sales of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), focusing on new market in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional B2B sales skills, and the ability to build value-driven solutions for clients across diverse sectors such as renewable energy, mining sector, industrial applications, and off-grid power systems.
Responsibilities:
Technical Understanding
Strong knowledge of battery technologies (especially lithium-ion or LFP).
Understand energy storage systems, solar integration, BMS, and load management.
Client Prospecting & Relationship Building
Identify target potential clients and having wide network in industries such as:
Mining Sector
Construction
Off-grid power users
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Solution Selling
Ability to sell based on value and ROI, not just price.
Able to understand new technology concept and explain it to client
Customize energy solutions to fit each client’s energy demands and operational context.
Proposal Development
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on sizing and feasibility.
Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Offer feedback for continuous product improvement.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecast.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
Knowledge of mining processes and technology.
Strong technical acumento understand and sell complex products.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with CRM softwareand sales performance metrics.
Strong networking skillsto build relationships within the mining sector.
Willingness to travelas required to meet clients and attend industry events.
A valid driver’s license
Fluency in English; additional language skills may be beneficial depending on the customer.

Education:
Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering or Business/Marketing with strong technical orientation
Experience:
2–5 years of B2B sales experience
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Able to interpret technical diagrams or energy specs
Other Requirements:
Willing to make cold call, cold contact and presentation
Willing to travel for site visits, demos, and trade shows
