• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with MongoDB.

• System Support: Provide Linux-based troubleshooting and support for infrastructure issues.
• Data Analysis: Leverage advanced spreadsheet functions (Google Sheets, Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Business Intelligence: Design and manage dashboards and reports using Looker, Google Data Studio, or BI tools like PowerBI/Metabase.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
