Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in platform, quality, or reliability-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of non-deterministic systems and testing challenges.
• Ability to document and define what is 'shippable' for changes.

Responsibilities

• Own product platform and release-quality systems end-to-end.
• Implement analytics across frontend, backend, and AI agents.
• Define and maintain a consistent event schema and internal dashboards.

Skills

Strong full-stack fundamentals

Experience testing AI-, agent- or other non-deterministic systems

Understanding of distributed and asynchronous systems

Strong system-level thinking

Comfortable turning vague problems into clear, shipped systems
