Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a F&B Team Leader or a year as an Assistant Manager in F&B service in a hotel or large restaurant.
  • Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.
  • Knowledgeable about basic function of Windows OS, MS Office & Infrasys.

Assistant Manager is responsible to manage the assigned Outlet as an independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
