A leading hotel brand in Makassar is seeking a Host - Kitchen to assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations. This role involves supporting the Lead Host - Kitchen and Head Chef while ensuring efficient departmental performance in accordance with brand standards. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least two years of relevant experience. Strong English communication skills and culinary preparation expertise are essential for success in this position.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Host - Kitchen is responsible to assist the Lead Host - Kitchen and Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operation of the FB Product at the hotel.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience Kitchen/Commis/Cook Helper. Excellent English communication skills, strong in maintain taste of food and good in preparation menu.
