The Payments Experience team at Grab is dedicated to crafting a seamless and unified payment journey for all users - whether online or offline. We are a dynamic, cross‑functional team focused on delivering, high‑quality experiences that meet user needs. As a Senior Product Designer on the Payments team, you will own Product Design outcomes, practice and quality for a cross‑functional Problem Space Team, with influence on adjacent teams. You will work in a highly collaborative fashion, exploring the needs of our users and creating impactful solutions for the business. You will directly report to the Manager. You will be based on site.

• Own Product Design outcomes in a problem space team, effectively and engaging in with the team and their stakeholders; with growing influence on adjacent teams.
• Ensure we design the right experiences – aligning stakeholders to achieve balanced business‑driving user‑centeredness.
• Effectively explain rationales, insights, processes and standards in a compelling and engaging manner to stakeholders.
• Own team discovery discussions, workshops and problem exploration activities, facilitating collaboration and idea generation within the team.
• Own solution discovery and delivery in your problem space team.
• Apply design‑thinking frameworks and user‑centered principles to guide the team in exploring the problem space.
• Design impactful new product experiences and features; creating end‑to‑end flows for complex user experiences.
• Demonstrate consistent, engaging, impactful interaction design by the application of human factors and HCI to complex problems.
• Contribute to the design system by owning and documenting new components and/or enhancements to existing components.
• Leverage prototyping to ensure delivery of seamless and delightful experiences.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 4+ years of experience, with a portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped work, and influence.
• Experience working on cross‑functional product teams.
• Strong fundamentals in interaction and visual design craft and practice.
• Experience coaching others in interaction design, visual design, or prototyping.
• Proficiency in mobile and front‑end web standards, development, and tools like Figma, ProtoPie, After Effects. Experience in Service Design, User Research, Front‑end Development, Accessible Design, or Design Systems is advantageous.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and experimenting with new approaches to enhance design outcomes.
• Provide a portfolio of your recent design work in English, showcasing your contribution and the impact of your projects. We recommend you provide clear context, outline your end‑to‑end workflow, and demonstrate how you go from problem discovery to launch.
