Job Overview
As Senior Procurement Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of procurement and sourcing operations in Indonesia, with a strong focus on strategic supplier development, cost leadership, and process transformation. This role is pivotal in aligning the local supply chain with global HQ standards while navigating the fast-evolving EV and automotive parts ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials, focusing on aftermarket components and services.
Identify, assess, and manage supplier relationships across local and international markets.
Lead supplier performance reviews and negotiate contracts to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Optimize procurement spend through category management, demand planning, and TCO analysis.
Act as a bridge between Chinese HQ and local teams, translating strategic goals into local procurement actions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulatory standards.
Drive process improvements and implement digital tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing) to enhance procurement efficiency.
