Job Description

As a Head of Brand (FMCG), your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Managing and coordinating marketing and creative teams.

• Leading the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Brand (FMCG) should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 8-10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG/ecommerce/startup industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
• Excellent understanding of consumer marketing dynamics and trends.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Creativity and a problem-solving mindset.
