Design TNA, experience in Learning & Development

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Manage end-to-end candidate selection and onboarding processes

Design and implement employee training and development programs

Maintain and update job descriptions and KPIs in line with organizational goals

Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career progression planning

Prepare manpower planning reports based on business needs

Resolve workplace conflicts professionally and constructively

Analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making

Job Requirements :

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law, or other relevant fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

Proven experience in developing recruitment strategies, conducting candidate selection, and managing onboarding processes

Strong ability to design training programs, skill development initiatives, and succession planning frameworks

Skilled in drafting, managing, and updating job descriptions and KPIs aligned with company vision and strategy

Possesses strong integrity and a commitment to performing duties with high ethical standards

Capable of conducting individual performance evaluations and workforce planning

Proficient in conflict resolution within the workplace

Able to perform HR data analysis (e.g., turnover reports, attendance tracking, cost analysis)
