  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and deliver measurable outcomes.

2. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity, cost management, and quality.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize processes.
