Terra Drone Agri, acquired and rebranded by Terra Drone Corporation is now seeking a Sales Representative. This position plays a key role in developing markets and expanding customer networks, particularly in the plantation and agritech sectors. The main responsibilities include conducting product presentations, providing sales support to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are achieved through effective strategies. The role also requires strong communication skills, high mobility for field visits, and close collaboration with technical and operations teams.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Conduct company presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Provide sales support to existing customers to maximize account potential, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Carry out daily sales activities, including follow-ups on quotations and sample submissions, price negotiations, and service recovery.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings to share updates on market information and trends.
  • Assist in preparing and participating in trade shows within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in agriculture chemicals, sugarcane plantations, or the drone industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to plantations or field sites.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with technical and operations teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to field challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, or Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in any sites in Indonesia, especially in Sumatra and Kalimantan
