Job Description
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the transport and distribution sector.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Semarang and Central Java.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
