A company specializing in providing online acquiring services and online payment solutions for businesses, providing secure and convenient payments for thousands of online stores and services, a leader in the Kazakhstan market in the field of e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Active sales of services in the electronic payment market: search for and attract new customers (online stores, services, banking institutions) to connect online acquiring and other payment solutions of the company.
- Interaction with current clients: maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners, advising on the use of services, promptly resolving problems and complaints. Striving to increase customer satisfaction.
- Implementation of the sales plan: conducting presentations and negotiations at the level of top officials of client companies, preparation of commercial proposals, participation in tenders. Achieving established KPIs for the volume of connected clients and transactions.
- Market analysis and marketing: monitoring the e-commerce market and competitors, identifying new niches and growth opportunities. Collecting customer feedback and making suggestions for improving the company\'s products and services. Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and sales promotion campaigns.
- Document management and reporting: concluding contracts with clients, maintaining a customer database (CRM), preparing regular sales reports for management. Coordination with the legal department and the security service regarding the verification of new partners.
Requirements for the Candidate
- Higher education (in economics, management, marketing or information technology).
- Knowledge of technical products and experience in the technical field is important (90%).
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in fintech, banking, or IT companies related to the sale of payment services, acquiring, or e-commerce solutions is desirable.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce market in Kazakhstan: understanding the needs of online business, the main market players, trends in the development of e-commerce and online payments.
- Developed communication and negotiation skills: the ability to approach different clients, convince and build trusting relationships. Good oral and written communication skills.
- Result-oriented, active and proactive: the ability to work with objections, perseverance in achieving sales goals, willingness to travel and meet with clients.
- Perfect command of Russian; English at least Intermediate level (for preparing presentations and possible communication with foreign partners). Knowledge of Kazakh will be a plus.
- A confident PC user: experience working with CRM systems, proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (for preparing commercial proposals, calculations).
