Job summary

A prominent manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an engineer with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in electronic assembly and possess strong analytical and technical skills. Responsibilities include conducting trial runs, analyzing production reports, and resolving process issues. Effective communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret both 2D and 3D technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic assembly manufacturing or a similar industry (preferably in home appliance manufacturing).
• Familiar with QC Tools, Root cause analysis methods, and Kaizen.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Able to read and interpret both 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Understand the working system and specifications of air conditioners (AC).

Jobdesk

• Conduct trial runs for new units or improved processes and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Create and analyze trial and production reports using Microsoft Excel functions.
• Understand BOM (Bill of Materials), Part Lists, and Technical Notices (TN).
• Prepare Documentation such as WI and ECN based on process or technical changes.
• Identify and resolve process issues using root cause analysis and other problem-solving tools.
