Job Description:

Our client is a prominent global consulting firm known for delivering top-tier advisory services across various industries. Our clientcurrently expanding their operations in Indonesia and are seeking a dynamic Director - Salesforce Transformation Consultant to lead their first dedicated team in the region. Position Overview:

As the Director - Salesforce Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a high-performing team in Indonesia. Your primary focus will be on selling and implementing Salesforce solutions and cloud computing services. You will work closely with business partners to drive sales and ensure successful CRM transformations for our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager/Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Drive the sales and implementation of Salesforce solutions for clients in Indonesia
  • Lead engagements and contribute with business and technical knowledge in the area of CRM and specifically Salesforce
  • Engage in Salesforce specific conversation with the commercial client teams (CCO, CMO, CSO) but also technical/IT teams (e.g., CIO, CTO)
  • Collaborate with the South East Asia Consulting team and navigate the complexities of cross-border diverse teams and/or engagements
  • Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, develop and discuss potential solutions
  • Initiate and lead open conversations with team members and clients to build trust
  • Serve as the sales leader to help nurture, develop and manage pipeline/deals to fulfill revenue targets
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

About you

  • Bachelor degree from a top-tier university
  • You have a masters qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
  • Min 10 years for Sr. Manager and min 15 years for Director of IT experience, with 6+ years of experience in selling and delivering CRM or Salesforce based projects within an enterprise or consulting environment
  • Good track record in building and managing a team, as well as exceeding CRM related sales target
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, apps, with ability to conceptualize and build industry solutions with focus on Salesforce
  • Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment and to collaborate effectively across global teams and juggle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
  • You are driven, results oriented and client focused, with sound business acumen and leadership qualities
  • Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients
  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • You follow the latest trends in technology and use best practice development principles
  • Proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and feedback
