Zoom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead our sales team covering Indonesia. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives focused on driving growth and adoption in the Mid-Market segment (51–500 employees). You’ll be a hands-on leader who combines strategic vision with tactical execution and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, and Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology/SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute go-to-market strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
