We are hiring on behalf of a fashion retail company with target of premium & luxury segments looking to hire for a Marketing Manager, this role will be leading creative & strategic marketing approach to engage with audiences within online & offline.
Job Description
Campaigns & Creative Marketing
- Spearhead end-to-end development of 360° seasonal and brand campaigns-from initial concept to final execution.
- Transform product collections and brand milestones into engaging narratives across all consumer touchpoints.
- Oversee campaign timelines, creative production workflows, and performance metrics.
Influencer & Creator Strategy
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with fashion influencers, content creators, and stylists.
- Lead influencer initiatives from ideation through execution, including performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Launch and scale micro-influencer programs to drive organic growth and community engagement.
PR & Brand Activations
- Organize and execute high-impact press events, retail launches, and immersive brand experiences.
- Partner with media outlets and lifestyle brands to unlock co-marketing opportunities.
- Elevate brand presence through earned media and culturally resonant storytelling.
Content & Distribution
- Direct the creation of visual and editorial content across formats-photo, video, short-form, and more.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across digital platforms, retail environments, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate closely with creative and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive content rollout.
Performance & Insights
- Establish and track key marketing metrics including engagement, reach, sentiment, and ROI.
- Leverage data insights and audience feedback to optimize campaign strategies and creative direction.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership roles.
- Exposure within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep understanding of the influencer and PR landscape, with a strong industry network.
- Sharp awareness of social media trends and platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead brand activations, PR initiatives, and creative partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and external agencies.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution and innovation.
