About the role:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth in Indonesia. These strategies should ensure consistent brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and achieve business revenue targets through a combination of strategic alliances, impactful events, and well-executed digital campaigns.

A key focus is on revenue generation, leveraging opportunities such as school trips, birthday parties, retail walk-ins at venues, and membership sales. Success in this role requires a results-driven approach, translating marketing efforts into tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the companys brand presence and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing platforms.

Revenue Generation

  • Design and implement campaigns that drive sales and profitability.
  • Analyze marketing ROI and optimize strategies for maximum revenue impact.

Mall Alliance

  • Collaborate with malls to drive participation in events, enhancing visibility and foot traffic.
  • Establish partnerships with malls to generate revenue through barter or FOC media deals (digital/offline).
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand representation across all partnered malls.

Guest Engagement

  • Plan and execute quarterly campaigns for vouchers, loyalty programs, and targeted promotions.
  • Drive transactional growth through innovative and tactical campaigns.
  • Achieve revenue goals by implementing seamless guest engagement strategies.

Digital Marketing and Social Media

  • Manage and expand business's social media presence.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for loyalty programs and birthday party remarketing.
  • Maintain consistent monthly engagement across all digital platforms.

Events and Alliances

  • Organize innovative on-ground events and form strategic alliances, including venue-wise activations (residential, school, catchment areas).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive incremental growth and revenue.

Venue Launches and Campaigns

  • Oversee the successful launch of new venues, executing campaigns (digital and offline) to achieve set targets.
  • Partner with operations teams to deliver high-quality events while maintaining strong brand visibility and revenue goals.

Content Development and Reviews

  • Develop and promote engaging content aligned with KPIs for all product categories.
  • Strategize content seeding and encourage growth in reviews.

Database Management

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive and contactable database to support consistent lead generation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years in marketing roles, preferably in mall marketing or a related industry.
