Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Sofitel or other international luxury hotel brand standards.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Hands-on leader who inspires, engages, and develops multicultural teams.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy.
  • Lead training needs analysis and deliver enhancement programs.
  • Facilitate key training programs including luxury mindset and brand immersion.
  • Manage and optimize the Accor Academy Learning Management System.
  • Partner with department heads for leadership development programs.
  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development initiatives, uphold Sofitel brand standards, and cultivate a strong learning culture across the resort.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with Sofitel standards and business objectives.
  • Lead training needs analysis and deliver programs that enhance guest service, luxury standards, and compliance.
  • Facilitate key training programs including Heartist culture, Sofitel Service Excellence, Luxury Mindset, and brand immersion.
  • Manage and optimize the Accor Academy Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and record-keeping.
  • Partner with department heads to build team capabilities, succession pipelines, and leadership development programs.
  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Represent the resort as a brand culture ambassador, ensuring every learning initiative reflects Sofitel values.
